Defective merchandise returns are important to each manufaturer to help improve equipment design and performance.   

Web orders and In-store defective merchandise returns are handled by Lacrosse Unlimited within the
first 30 days from original date of purchase with original receipt by original customer. Please contact
Lacrosse Unlimited at 1.800.366.5299 for shipping instructions for returns within first 30 days prior to shipping trackable delivery.

After first 30 days, All EQUIPMENT warranty issues are handled directly by the specific manufacturer (See Warranties section below).
