This head is absolutely perfect for any defensive player. Super stiff on pokes and has good weight... not so light that you get no torque but not to heavy that it is tuff to bring around. HEAD DOESNT BRAKE. playing in 30 degree weather right now and my hammer is one of the few heads on the team that hasn't broken
