FREE SHIPPING POLICY

• Please allow 3-5 business days for processing on all custom helmets, heads, gloves, and apparel. Once a custom order is in process we are unable to cancel at this time.
• Lacrosse Unlimited offers free ground shipping on all orders over $99.00 (after discounts with subtotal excluding shipping & tax) available to orders placed online only (excludes bulk/oversized items and team store micro-sites). Orders needs to be $99 or above after discount(s) to receive free shipping.  
• Bulk/Oversized items will incur an additional shipping charge during checkout.
• All expedited orders need to be placed before 9:30AM EST to be shipped that day.  Orders will not be delivered on weekends.
• Allow 24+ hours for online orders to ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and weekend orders to process next available business day.  
• Based on stock availability orders may partially ship from our warehouse and/or one of our store locations. We do this to ensure you get your orders quickly. If your order is split into more than one shipment, you will receive an email notification for each order with separate FedEx tracking.
• Please allow extra processing and delivery time for all orders originating from our Edgewood, NY (11717) and our retail store locations across the United States.
• All in-transit orders needing an address change will be charged FedEx / UPS re-routing fee of $15.00 to correct address. Please be sure shipping address is correct.

Canada Shipping Policy

Lacrosse Unlimited now ships to Canada via FedEx International. Orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days depending on the selected shipping method. We do not ship to international PO Boxes at this time. All customs, duties, taxes, surcharges, brokerages are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at checkout.
