Lacrosse Unlimited is proud to be an Authorized Dealer for every brand we carry—online and in-store. Your gear is covered under each manufacturer’s limited warranty when you buy from us. NOTE: All manufacturer warranties are void on custom dyed lacrosse heads.
What’s Covered:

Warranty periods vary by brand and are based on defects during normal play.

The coverage begins on the original date of purchase (as shown on your Lacrosse Unlimited receipt or online account).

Lacrosse Unlimited handles claims for the first 30 days after purchase. After that, contact the manufacturer directly using the links below:

Chrome Lacrosse Heads

Warranty valid up to 60 days for un-playable damage.

Chipping or scratches on chrome paint are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered.
New Balance Cleats
- New Balance does not offer an official warranty on cleats.
Return Policy (Within 60 Days of Purchase)
For New & Unworn Cleats:

Must be in original condition.

Returns may be denied for worn or damaged items.
For Defective or Damaged Cleats:

If purchased from Lacrosse Unlimited, a full refund may be provided upon inspection and approval.
