Return Policy

Returns have 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund and must be unused in the original manufacturer's condition. During the holiday season, enjoy our extended 45-day return policy. All holiday purchases can be returned by January 15th. Purchases must be made from Lacrosse Unlimited stores or Lacrosseunlimited.com to be eligible for return. Crocs must be purchased through Lacrosse Unlimited accompanied by a receipt & purchased within 30 days to be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns over 30 days will be issued a store credit or online gift card. After 60 days, products no longer in-line from manufacturers are subject to management's discretion. Orders can be returned online or returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. For online returns, we charge a flat rate of $9.99 which will be deducted from your total refund. You can start an online return here. Returns due to Lacrosse Unlimited error are not subject to return shipping charges. All Canadian orders are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange. We do not allow online exchanges at this time. We recommend placing a new order or visiting a store location for an exchange. Please note clearance merchandise, custom-dyed and/or strung heads, personalized apparel and accessories are ineligible for return or exchange. 

 

 

Lacrosse Unlimited reserves the right to all decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and errors. We are not responsible for returns until the item is received and accepted at our warehouse. Customized items which include team store items, custom dyed and strung heads, and any other specialty personalized merchandise are not valid for return. 

 

Within 30 days of sale, your purchase is under limited warranty by Lacrosse Unlimited or our manufacturers to be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal use as deemed by the warranty provider. This limited warranty excludes damage resulting from improper care, use, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or other causes not related to defects in materials and workmanship.

 

Many products have warranties beyond 30 days through our manufacturers, which apply to the product only and not to any additional rendered services such as head dyeing or stringing. After 30 days, only the manufacturer warranty will apply, so any defective product must be returned directly to the manufacturer with a valid receipt. The manufacturer will assess the defect and determine repairs, replacement, or substitution of similar items. Final Sale Items

 

Custom Dyed/Strung Heads

 

Each Custom Dyed/Strung head is customized for your order and are Final Sale and ineligible for return. Custom-dyed and/or strung heads policy applies to Lacrosse Unlimited custom-dyed and/or custom-strung heads. As an Authorized Dealer of all manufactures, your custom-dyed head maintains the head warranty during the original first 6-month period. Lacrosse Unlimited will replace the dye/string within the first 30 days if the head breaks during normal play. Please note, the manufacturer warranty does not cover customization.
