Return Policy

Return Window

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in original manufacturer condition.
  
• Returns between 31–60 days are eligible for store credit or an online gift card.
• Returns after 60 days may be declined or accepted at management’s discretion.

 

Return Options

• Start an online return here.
• Bring your item to any Lacrosse Unlimited retail store.
• Note: All Canadian Orders are Final Sale & non-returnable. 

 

Return Shipping Rates

• Online returns incur a $9.99 flat-rate return shipping fee, deducted from your refund.
• If the return is due to a Lacrosse Unlimited error, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

 

Extended Holiday Return Policy

• Purchases made during the holiday season qualify for our extended return window.
  
• All Holiday purchases may be returned by January 15th
• Holiday returns must still meet all other return conditions (unused, in original condition, not a final sale item).
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

 

Items NOT Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-dyed or custom-strung heads
• Clearance or sale merchandise
• Personalized apparel or accessories
• Custom color helmets
• Custom field shields
• Team store or specialty items
  

Custom Heads & Personalization

• Custom heads are made to order and are non-returnable.
• If a custom-strung or dyed head breaks during normal play within 30 days, we’ll replace the dye and stringing (head must be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty).
• The manufacturer's warranty typically covers the head itself for 6 months, but does not cover any customization.
  

 

Warranty Coverage

• Within 30 days: Items may be covered under a limited warranty by Lacrosse Unlimited or the product manufacturer.
• After 30 days: Warranty issues must be addressed directly with the manufacturer.
• Warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship and do not cover damage due to wear and tear, misuse, customization, or unauthorized repairs.
